Cancellations and changes are free up to 24 hours before pickup; after that the fee is 25% (less than 24 h), 35% (less than 12 h) or 50% (less than 2 h) of the price, and 100% for a no-show — also when you pay the driver in cash. We charge the fee by PayPal payment request. A new hotel or address in the same area, a flight number or the number of passengers can be changed free of charge. Does the car go onto Koh Chang?
No. The fare starts or ends at the mainland ferry pier (Ao Thammachat, Laem Ngop, Trat); you cross to the island by ferry on foot.
